Testimonials

Words From My Clients

Deep Insights & Meaningful Discovery

“I have spoken to so many therapists and psychologists in the past, but I have never explored or uncovered the kinds of insights I did with you.”

Life-Changing Tools & Clarity

“The practical resources and psychoeducation made so much sense to me. I only wish I had known these things earlier in my life, but I am incredibly grateful to have this understanding now.”

Healing Beyond the Surface

“Thank you for being such a massive part of my healing journey, and for truly understanding the complexities of family violence. I initially came to therapy just to process a recent breakup, but I never realized I could actually heal my relational dynamics as a whole.”

Breaking Generational Cycles

“I originally came to therapy to process family violence, anxiety, and panic attacks. Even though I had an ADHD diagnosis, I refused medication because I felt broken. Through our work, I have not only healed from the trauma and started honoring my own needs in relationships, but I also felt empowered to re-engage with my psychiatrist for my ADHD. When my psychiatrist saw me recently, she said, ‘You look like a completely different person compared to when I first diagnosed you.’
Beyond my own growing self-esteem, I am now creating a home environment where my children understand their own sensory needs and fully accept themselves. I’m able to give them the validation I never received growing up. Thank you!”

Your Questions, Answered

Getting Started & Logistics

Book your free 15-minute consultation directly through the website, or send a message with your availability. This relaxed, no-obligation call gives us a chance to connect, briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, answer your questions, and see if we are a good fit.

Relax into a full 60-minute session, giving you ample, unhurried time to check in, explore what is on your mind, unpack deeper patterns, and develop practical strategies.

Stay completely in control of your therapeutic journey with no upfront commitments or set formulas. Whether you need 6 to 10 sessions for a current challenge or longer-term support for deeper healing, we will regularly review our progress, and you simply pay as you go.

Reach out at least 24 hours in advance if you need to adjust your schedule. This allows me to offer your slot to another client who may be waiting for support (please note that late cancellations may incur a fee as detailed on the policy page).

Fees, Medicare & Insurance

The fee for a standard 60-minute session is $150 for in-person appointments and $135 for online sessions. To confirm your appointment, payment is required at the time of booking via bank transfer

Access immediate support without needing a GP referral, diagnosis, or session caps. While private counselling is not eligible for Medicare rebates, my fee is intentionally structured to match the typical out-of-pocket “gap” you would pay elsewhere, keeping your care both accessible and entirely confidential.

Claim a rebate depending on your provider and level of cover. I am a registered provider with Bupa, but I always recommend checking with them first to confirm your counselling inclusions.

My Clinical Approach

Experience therapy that honours your nervous system and validates your unique brain. A trauma-informed approach prioritizes your safety, pacing, and past experiences, while a neuroaffirming space respects your natural sensory and energetic needs rather than forcing you into neurotypical boxes.

Benefit from a highly adaptable, integrative approach drawing from ACT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic practices to naturally match how you process the world, rather than forcing you into a rigid framework.

Find specialised support for adult survivors of family violence and relational trauma, neurodivergent individuals, and parents seeking to navigate their own healing while building validating environments for their children.

Rest assured knowing I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University and am a Level-2 registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), ensuring strict ethical standards and continuous professional development.

Please note that my practice is strictly dedicated to personal healing. To ensure our space remains entirely focused on your well-being and confidentiality, I do not provide legal assessments, court reports, custody recommendations, or support letters for legal proceedings.
